As per the Great Indian Heritage, there are just two types of YOGA: 1.The PATHANJALI-esque Yoga and 2. The COMMON MAN-esque Yoga (fate/destiny et.al). Here in the pic, you can see two great practitioners of the aforesaid two versions -in that order- of YOGA. Incidentally, TOON &TUNE happens to be the only residence in Tripunithura where these conflicting versions of an Indian phenomenon co-exist, but explosively.

Lekha in spite of her rooted classical music tradition has just joined the ZUMBAA mob, with me with the more modern
cartoon chosing to valiantly settle for Shavasan, nature cure and Ahimsa from
my childhood.
My attempts at Zumba, however, collapsed inconsolably as I was
everytime prevented from venturing into a new step by the ripples created in my
not insignificant paunch as after-effect of each jump that would usually lift
me 1-2 centimetres into the atmosphere. The said ripples took a minimum of 5-8
minutes to subside satisfying the zumba master’s perception of stillness.
I said Goodbye to Zumba and all other invasive workout schedules
for good.
HAPPY YOGA DAY TO ALL !
